1 cup whole wheat flour
¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the Greek yogurt and olive oil, then mix until a dough begins to form.
Step 2
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 1–2 minutes until smooth. Lightly coat a round pizza pan or baking sheet with olive oil. Roll or press the dough into a thin, even circle and place it on the prepared pan.
Step 3
Bake the crust for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven, add your favorite toppings, then return to the oven and bake another 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden.
