½ cup organic dried parsley
3 tbsp organic dried dill
3 tbsp organic garlic powder
3 tbsp organic onion powder
½ tbsp fine sea salt
½ tbsp freshly ground black pepper
For One Batch of Ranch Dressing
1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Helpful Tips
Letting the dressing chill for at least 30 minutes makes a noticeable difference in flavor.
For the creamiest texture, use whole milk Greek yogurt.
Add extra dried dill if you love a bold dill flavor.
Thin with additional milk for salads or keep it thicker for dipping vegetables.
Fresh cracked black pepper gives the dressing the best flavor.
Storage
Ranch Seasoning
Store in an airtight mason jar in a cool, dark pantry for 6–12 months.
Prepared Ranch Dressing
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5–7 days. Stir before each use.
Freezing
Not recommended. Greek yogurt tends to separate and become grainy after freezing and thawing.
Reheating
No reheating needed. Serve chilled. If the dressing thickens in the refrigerator, stir in a splash of milk before serving.
Substitutions
Greek Yogurt: Use whole milk, 2%, or nonfat plain Greek yogurt.
Milk: Any dairy or unsweetened plant-based milk works.
Lemon Juice: Substitute apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar for a similar tang.
Fresh Herbs: Stir in fresh chopped parsley or dill just before serving for even brighter flavor.
Extra Creamy: Replace 2–3 tablespoons of the Greek yogurt with sour cream if you prefer a richer ranch.
