Helpful Tips

🥣 Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4–5 days.

❄️ Freezing

Freeze in an airtight freezer-safe container or bag for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.

🔥 Reheating

Microwave refrigerated egg bites for 20–30 seconds, or frozen egg bites for 45–60 seconds, until warmed through.

🌿 Make It Your Own

Swap the spinach and peppers for your favorite vegetables like mushrooms, broccoli, tomatoes, or zucchini. Try cheddar, mozzarella, Swiss, feta, or pepper jack for a different flavor, or add cooked turkey sausage or bacon if you prefer. *You can also blend the eggs and cottage cheese together in a blender or with an immersion blender instead of just whisking them. It creates a even lighter, fluffier texture!
