Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup plain, organic, grass-fed Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

  • 1 teaspoon local honey (or to taste)

  • 1 dash ground cinnamon

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries (fresh blueberries work also if you'd like.)

 

Instructions

Step 1
Add the Greek yogurt, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, honey, cinnamon, and blueberries to a mason jar or airtight container.

Step 2
Secure the lid.

Step 3
Refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the chia seeds to soften and the flavors to blend.

Step 4
Enjoy straight from the refrigerator, or stir before serving and add extra blueberries, honey, or your favorite toppings if desired.
